Human Resource Generalist-APAC
Duties and responsibilities
Work with recruiters for hiring needs in APAC.
Labor contract preparation with new employees.
Training and onboarding for new employees.
Work with Finance to support monthly payroll and commissions.
Probation review and employee performance evaluation.
Work with Global HR and Legal to adapt employee handbook for APAC.
Employee relations.
Ensure that all employees' information is accurate, updated, standardized, and aligned with company policies.
Maintain reports on general HR activity.
Help coordinate company events both in person and virtual.
Ensure the company is maintaining and complying to all HR best practices.
With the help of leadership, improve communication processes and flows.
Collaborate with internal teams to integrate employee culture and communications content into overall company goals and messaging.
Always attend to employees with the best interest of their employee morale.
Weekly reporting on HR updates and issues.
Other tasks assigned by manager.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or greater in communications or relative field.
One to two years in like position.
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Suite programs.
Strong knowledge of end user productivity applications such as Adobe Acrobat and Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Excellent communication skills – written and oral.
Ability to communicate complex technical problems and solutions concisely and professionally to technical and non-technical audiences.
Highly organized, productive, resourceful, and detail-oriented self-starter.
Able to work both independently and in a team; effectively manage multiple projects.
Able and willing to document processes, technical writing skills.
Staff Accountant
Duties and responsibilities
Do payroll for employees and social benefits.
Perform payment for suppliers and get invoice from them.
Collect payment from customers and dealers and issue invoices to them.
Monthly/quarterly/yearly report request by government and headquarter.
Financial audit by local and headquarter.
Local travel policy and expense report checking and reimbursement for employees.
Tax.
Communication with headquarter and dot-line report.
Other tasks assigned by manager.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting.
Solid understanding of accounting principles.
3+ years of related experience.
Highly organized and detail oriented.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively.
Proficient in Microsoft suite.
Knowledge of Microsoft 365 Business Central, Microsoft NAV.
Ability to handle detail, multiple tasks, and short-notice deadlines, with daily reprioritization of work.
Technical Sales Specialist - APAC
Responsibilities
Pitch IsoPlexis to our customer base on our new and exciting products and publications that have been released.
Ensure consistent, profitable growth in sales revenues through positive planning and forecasting, deployment and management of sales strategies in coordination with the Regional Sales Director.
Define game plan for your territory’s customers, identify key influencers and purchasing PIs for each opportunity.
Responsible for selling IsoPlexis consumables in translational institutions and biopharma; Achieve annual sales quota, build and maintain rapport with key customers, identify new customer opportunities.
Partner with customers, focus on opportunities, key influencers, and decision makers to ensure swift revenue generation and deals closing.
Manage time and resources efficiently to perform all responsibilities associated with customers, while maintaining salesforce.com and other internal processes (training, weekly reviews, etc.).
Collect data and assist Isoplexis Marketing/Communication team with the development of marketing materials.
Communicate all relevant customer information including product and/or customer experience or opportunities to Field Sales, Marketing, Internal Consulting Group and Technical Support. Including keeping CRM up to date with customer information and interactions.
Actively pursues tasks/projects, and ways to enhance their team and the business beyond their day to day responsibilities.
Educate customers and sell Isoplexis warranty, service contracts, and customer training programs.
Travel 50% of the time.
Desire to thrive in a light-speed start-up environment.
Skills/Experience
3-5 years’ experience selling consumable based products, selling service contracts, or relative work.
Bachelor’s degree biology, or related field.
2 years biological lab experience in a small lab is preferred, including experience with most basic laboratory techniques.
Biomedical or biotechnology industry background is preferred.
Immunology/ flow cytometry a plus.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and meeting short-notice deadlines, with daily reprioritization of work.
