非常理想。 含有來自熱球菌 (Thermococcus ) 種屬 KOD 的具有校正（3′a5′ 核酸外切酶）活性的重組
DNA 聚合酶的專有酶制劑可提供高保真度。 Platinum 抗體技術(shù)提供簡單的自動(dòng)熱啟動(dòng)方法，提高了 PCR 的特異性。
PCRx 增強(qiáng)劑 (PCRx Enhancer Solution) 也包含在內(nèi)，因此引物特異性更高，鎂離子濃度及退火溫度的范圍更大，
