- Western Blot (Cell lysate)
- Western blot analysis of VDAC2 in human brain cell lysate in the A) absence and B) presence of immunizing peptide. Using VDAC2 polyclonal antibody (Cat # PAB0382) at 2 ug/mL. The approximately 55 kD band is not blocked by the immunizing peptide and is believed to result from non-specific cross-reaction.
