產品介紹
腫瘤壞死因子-α（TNF-α）是一種多效性促炎細胞因子，由多種細胞分泌，包括脂肪細胞、活化的單核細胞、巨噬細胞、B細胞、T細胞和成纖維細胞。它屬于TNF配體家族，通過兩種受體TNFR1和TNFR2發出信號。TNF-α對多種腫瘤細胞具有細胞毒性，是介導對抗細菌感染的免疫反應的重要因素。TNF-α也在感染性休克、自身免疫性疾病、類風濕性關節炎、炎癥和糖尿病的誘導中發揮作用。TNF-α以兩種形式存在；II型跨膜蛋白和成熟可溶性蛋白。TNF-α跨膜蛋白被蛋白水解切割，產生可溶性的、有生物活性的、17kDa的TNF-α，其在溶液中形成非共價連接的同源三聚體。
本品重組人TNF-α以凍干粉形式提供，高活性、高純度、低內毒素、無多余標簽。

復溶方法
|
1. 在打開之前，必須對該小瓶進行短暫離心，以將內容物帶到底部。2. 在無菌蒸餾水復溶至0.1-1.0 mg/ml的濃度。3. 可根據后續實驗更進一步稀釋；長期儲存，建議稀釋緩沖液中加入載體蛋白(0.1% BSA)；分裝為一次實驗用量，-80℃凍存，避免反復凍融。
