產品描述
TNF-a-promoter熒光素酶報告基因（報告基因質粒）（TNF-a-promoter luciferase reporter plasimd）是翊圣生物自主研發的用于檢測human TNF-a-promoter激活水平為目的的報告基因。TNF-a（腫瘤壞死因子-α）是一種涉及到系統炎癥的細胞因子，主要作用是調節免疫細胞的功能，促使發熱，引起細胞凋亡，引發炎癥，阻止腫瘤發生和病毒復制。
TNF-a-promoter報告基因主要應用于NF-kb信號通路的研究等和TNF-a-promoter激活水平的檢測等。
pGMTNF-a-promoter-Lu是翊圣生物改造后的哺乳動物真核表達載體，在其多克隆位點插入了human?TNF-a啟動子，可以高靈敏度地檢測human?TNF-a-promoter的激活水平。同時，對載體中預測出的其它轉錄因子以外的結合位點進行了適當的突變，增加了質粒對轉錄因子結合的特異性。另外，由于質粒體積減小，使得TNF-a-promoter報告基因質粒更易于轉染。

使用說明
pGMTNFα-promoter-Lu可以采用常規轉染方法轉染哺乳動物細胞。用熒光素酶檢測試劑盒或雙熒光素酶檢測試劑盒進行檢測。
