? ? ? ?定量抗體芯片利用多重夾心ELISA法的原理同時進行多個指標定量檢測，它結合了ELISA法的特異性和定量原理，以及芯片的高通量的優勢，實現少量樣本多因子的有效檢測。
玻片平面型定量芯片應用特點：
1.高通量檢測可檢測高達400種蛋白因子；
2.每張芯片有16個分區，可選8個制作標準曲線；
3.芯片靈活設置，可根據客戶需要進行芯片定制；
4.靈敏度高，可達pg/ml；
5.每個指標芯片上設置4個重復，保證準確性；
6.應用范圍廣，有人、小鼠、大鼠、豬的對應指標；
7.適用于幾乎所有液質生物樣品或裂解液 。
