2.0版5′ RACE系統(tǒng)適用于cDNA末端的快速擴(kuò)增 (RACE) (1) 及mRNA中確定點和5′ 末端之間的錨式PCR (2)。
該系統(tǒng)可用于擴(kuò)增序列信息較少的罕見mRNA，且可用于捕獲mRNA的5′ 末端信息 (3,4)。5′ RACE系統(tǒng)：
- 利用SuperScript? II RNase H- RT的先進(jìn)性能，提高第一鏈cDNA產(chǎn)量，增加cDNA長度
- 在一個反應(yīng)中，利用至多1 μg的總RNA或poly(A)+ RNA制備特定的cDNA
- 提供更完善的第一鏈cDNA純化步驟，獲得適合加尾的cDNA
- 在與PCR相容的緩沖液中，以優(yōu)化的反應(yīng)條件使用重組TdT，為PCR提供高效的引物退火位點

The 5′ RACE System is supplied with the components listed in Table 1. Store the reagents at -20°C

and the DNA purification components at +4°C. All reagents guaranteed stable for 6 months when properly stored.
