Each column is also available in two sizes: 16/60 for sample volumes of up to 5 ml and 26/60 for sample volumes of up to 13 ml. The range of HiPrep? Sephacryl? HR prepacked columns allows purification of molecules with molecular weights as small as 1 × 10³ to macromolecules as large as 2 × 10⁷.
