無維生素 A 型 B-27 添加劑是定制的B-27添加劑，不含維生素A。維生素A (視黃醇) 能被轉(zhuǎn)化成視黃酸，
后者可以誘導(dǎo)干細(xì)胞向神經(jīng)細(xì)胞的分化。不含維生素A的配方是干細(xì)胞培養(yǎng)的理想選擇。
添加劑 是50X 的液體，可以與Neurobasal 培養(yǎng)基或Neurobasal-A培養(yǎng)基組合使用
，用于神經(jīng)細(xì)胞培養(yǎng)而不需要再添加飼養(yǎng)層細(xì)胞。

B-27 添加劑 進(jìn)行了18天妊娠的原代大鼠(Sprague Dawley) 的胚胎海馬神經(jīng)元生長檢測(cè)。
