多聚賴氨酸描述 多聚賴氨酸是一種多價陽離子聚合物，它通過自身所帶的陽離子與細(xì)胞表面或細(xì)胞外基質(zhì)的特異負(fù)離子的交聯(lián)作用， 來促進(jìn)細(xì)胞的粘附，同時通過穩(wěn)定細(xì)胞外基質(zhì)來促進(jìn)來促進(jìn)細(xì)胞的生長和分化。多聚賴氨酸包被的平板已被廣泛應(yīng)用于軟骨， 表皮，神經(jīng)等細(xì)胞的培養(yǎng)中。 使用及儲存方法 華奧生物多聚賴氨酸包被板采用密封的鋁箔紙包裝，在無菌室溫下可保存3-4個月。但我們建議: 多聚賴氨酸包被板最好置于4度保存， 最佳使用期限為2個月。板已經(jīng)準(zhǔn)備好，不需要任何處理，只等待您的接種。 適用細(xì)胞類型 適用于無血清或低血清培養(yǎng)或神經(jīng)元細(xì)胞培養(yǎng)、神經(jīng)膠質(zhì)細(xì)胞培養(yǎng)及轉(zhuǎn)染細(xì)胞系培養(yǎng)（如HEK-293、PC12、L929、3T3細(xì)胞系）。 參考文獻(xiàn) 1.
