Western blot is a powerful tool for protein analysis. This kit provides rapid chromogenic detection of mouse, rat or rabbit primary antibodies. The kit utilizes horseradish peroxidase conjugated anti-IgG antibody and the substrate 3,3’-diaminobenzidine (DAB) to produce a brown precipitate. All reagents together with PVDF/NC membrane are sufficient to analysize 50-100 samples total. The highly purified secondary antibody conjugates and matching reagents provide good sensitivity, minimize species cross-reactivity.
