These ELIIP plates (MAIPSWU10 from Millipore) are sterile Multiscreen-IP sterile plates without underdrain and are suitable for ELISpot assays. For optimal binding of capture antibody, it is recommended to pre-wet, i.e. activate, the PVDF membrane with ethanol.
