- The activity was determined by ELISA. Phosphorylation was detected by anti-phospho antibody and HRP-labeled anti-rabbit IgG(or HRP-labeled anti-mouse IgG). Substrate: MAP2K1 [inactive mutant]. ATP: 100 uM.
