Method: 0.5 μg of rhsACRP30headless was resolved by
SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions, transferred to
nitrocellulose and incubated with the mouse monoclonal
antibody (MC-402) at 1 μg/mL for 1 hour. Proteins were
visualized using a peroxidase-conjugated antibody to mouse
IgG and a chemiluminescence detection system.
