明膠描述 明膠是由膠原水解后得到的水溶性蛋白多聚體。華奧生物明膠包被板能促進(jìn)多種細(xì)胞的貼壁和生長， 可用于培養(yǎng)正常或轉(zhuǎn)染細(xì)胞，如血管內(nèi)皮細(xì)胞、心肌細(xì)胞、胚胎干細(xì)胞、胰島細(xì)胞等，具有以下特點： ① 能促進(jìn)多種細(xì)胞的貼壁； ② 預(yù)包被的明膠層節(jié)省實驗準(zhǔn)備的時間和費用； ③ 批次間的穩(wěn)定性保證實驗結(jié)果的可重復(fù)性。 使用及儲存方法 華奧生物明膠包被板采用密封的鋁箔袋包裝，在無菌室溫下可保存最長時間為2年。最佳使用期限為2個月。 華奧生物明膠包被方瓶不需要經(jīng)過任何處理可直接使用。 適用細(xì)胞類型 血管內(nèi)皮細(xì)胞、心肌細(xì)胞、胚胎干細(xì)胞、胰島細(xì)胞等 參考文獻(xiàn) 1.
