產品描述
SRE-GFP報告基因是翊圣生物自主研發的用于檢測SRF轉錄活性水平為目的的報告基因。三重復合體TCR/Elk1/SRF結合到SRE進行基因表達的調控。
SRE-GFP報告基因主要用于檢測細胞中MAPK/ERK信號通路、藥物研究、基因過表達和RNAi的表型分析等。
pGMSRE-GFP是翊圣生物改造后的哺乳動物真核表達載體，在其多克隆位點插入了多個SRE結合位點，可以高效地檢測SRE的激活水平。由于載體采用了GFP作為報告基因，更便于后續的檢測。同時，對載體中預測出的其它轉錄因子以外的結合位點進行了適當的突變，增加了質粒的轉錄因子結合特異性。另外，由于質粒體積減小，使得SRE-GFP報告基因更易于轉染。
