Specificity Beta-Amyloid 1-40 ELISA Kit (SIGNET) - SIGNET ANTIBODIES This Kit Contains the following:
  • Coated Capture Antibody: 12 x 8-well strips, 3 plastic plate sealers
  • Wash/Sample Diluent: 300 mL of 2X concentrate
  • Beta Amyloid 1-40 Standard: 1 vial; 10 ug lyophilized peptide
  • Lyophilized Standard Diluent: 3 mL
  • Primary Antibody: 150 uL of 50X concentrate
  • Secondary Antibody-HRP: 30 uL of concentrate
  • OPD Substrate: 20 mgs; 2 x 10 mg tablets
  • OPD Substrate Diluent: 2 x 12 mL
  • Peroxide: 3% H2O2: 100 uL
  • Stop Solution: 3N H2SO4: 15 mL
