Cendakimab（RPC4046、ABT 308、CC-93538）是一種人源化重組單克隆抗體，能夠特異性靶向IL-13。該抗體對野生型和變異型IL-13均表現(xiàn)出高親和力及強效抑制作用，并可阻斷IL-13與受體IL-13Rα1和IL-13Rα2的結(jié)合。基于其作用機制，Cendakimab在治療IL-13介導的過敏及炎癥性疾病（如哮喘、嗜酸性粒細胞性食管炎）方面具有潛在治療價值。
