Method: Total protein extracts from various human (1)293-T,
(2)Jurkat, (5)Raj, (6)Ramos, (7)BJAB, (8)THP-1, (9)U937,
(10)K562, (11)Raw, (12)HeLa) and mouse (3)EL-4 (4)A20
cell lines were run on SDS-PAGE and detected by antibody
to Asc at 1:1,000 dilution. Anti-rabbit IgG coupled horse
radish peroxidase was used at 1:5,000 dilution for ECL
detection.
