Procedure:
Rabbits were immunized with the C-Myc peptide
EQKLISEEDL conjugated with KLH. After
multiple immunizations in Freund’s adjuvant,
serum was collected. Antibodies were
immunoaffinity-purified using the peptide
immobilized on a solid phase.

Format:
Liquid. Antibody in PBS, pH 7.2 with 0.1%
sodium azide.
Storage and Stability:
Store at +4°C.
Applications and Suggested Dilutions:

ELISA: coating 1:200 – 1:500

Immunofluorescence: Use at 1:250 – 1:1,000

Western blot: Use at 1:2,000-1:10,000.
The optimal dilution for a specific application
should be determined by the researcher.
