Specificity:
Recognizes both natural and recombinant
mouse ACRP30. Cross-reacts weakly with
human and rat ACRP30. Detects a band of ~30
kDa by Western blot.

Mouse, rat and human. Other species not tested.

Recombinant mouse ACRP30.
Format:
Liquid purified monoclonal antibody at 1 mg/mL
in PBS, pH 7.4. Contains no preservatives.
Storage:
Store at 4°C short term. Store at -20°C long
term. Avoid repeat freeze/thaw cycles. After
opening, prepare aliquots and store at -20°C.
Applications and Suggested Dilutions:

ELISA: (Direct & Indirect) Use at a 1:5,000 –
1:10,000 dilution.

Western blot: Use at a 1:5,000 – 1:10,000
dilution using ECL. Suggested blocking and
dilution buffer is TBST containing 0.05%
Tween 20 and 5% skim milk. Suggested
incubation time is 1 hour at RT.
The optimal dilution for a specific application
should be determined by the researcher.
