STAT6 (Signal transducer and activator of transcription 6) is involved in interleukin-3 (IL-3) and interleukin-4 (IL-4) signaling. STAT6 is translocated to the nucleus in response to IL-3 and IL-4induced phosphorylation, and it subsequently interacts with transcriptional activators to induce transcription.
