Real-time PCR芯片——實時定量PCR和芯片的完美結合:
每張PCR芯片包括有一組特定的基因(如特定信號轉導通路基因、生物學進程或疾病相關的通路基因等),并采用實時定量PCR實驗方法來分析各基因的表達,可結合具體通路對實驗結果進行系統分析。由于采用實時定量PCR技術,與傳統基因芯片相比,Real-time PCR芯片是更為靈敏可靠的基因表達譜檢測技術。
Real-time PCR芯片的設計原理:
Real-time PCR芯片是根據Pathway-CentricTM原理設計,并綜合文獻資料、數據庫信息、專家意見和用戶反饋,不斷根據客戶需要開發新產品,并使芯片中所包含的基因更完整,更精確。目前有將近180多種功能分類PCR芯片,涵蓋了細胞凋亡,炎癥反應,信號傳導,癌癥以及其他疾病等廣泛的生物學通路和疾病。
嚴格的質控體系,可監測整個反應過程:
芯片中設置了3個檢測實驗質量的對照,可以檢測PCR體系中是否存在DNA污染,是否有影響反轉錄或PCR實驗步驟的因素存在。
