IL-3 是一種促進(jìn)巨核細(xì)胞、粒細(xì)胞-巨噬細(xì)胞、紅細(xì)胞、嗜酸性粒細(xì)胞、嗜堿性細(xì)胞和肥大細(xì)胞系祖細(xì)胞存活、分化和增殖的造血生長因子。IL-3由T細(xì)胞、肥大細(xì)胞和嗜酸性粒細(xì)胞產(chǎn)生，增強(qiáng)血小板生成、吞噬和抗體介導(dǎo)的細(xì)胞毒性。其激活單核細(xì)胞的能力表明，IL-3可能具有額外的免疫調(diào)節(jié)作用。許多 IL-3 的活性依賴于與其他細(xì)胞因子的協(xié)同刺激。IL-3 是一種物種特異性的、可變異的糖基化細(xì)胞因子。適用于生產(chǎn)細(xì)胞治療產(chǎn)品。
