- Western blot analysis using EGFR (pY998) polyclonal antibody (Cat # PAB0457) to detect EGFR in A413 cell lysate, H1299 cell lysate and H1299 cell treated with EGF 10 ng/ml for 10 min. Loading 50 ug total protein each well, and EGFR (pY998) polyclonal antibody were diluted 1:1000. GAPDH were used as loading control.
