MCCOYS 5A
產品簡介：1959, McCoy等報道了體外培養Novikoff Hepatoma細胞所需的氨基酸。他們在基本培養基5A的基礎上通過調整加入氨基酸的量產生了MCCOYS 5A的配方。隨后Hsu 和Kellogg 使用這種培養基成功培養了一系列來源于多種組織的原代細胞，這些組織包括正常骨髓（bone marrow）、皮膚（skin）、牙齦（gingiva）、 睪丸（testes）、小鼠腎臟（mouse kidney）、網膜（omentum）、 腎上腺（adrenal glands）、肺（lung）、脾臟（spleen）、大鼠胚胎（rat embryos）及其它組織。
該產品含有25mM的HEPES。
