SLC7A11(Solute Carrier Family 7 Member 11，又名xCT)是溶質轉運第7家族的第11個成員，屬于胱氨酸/谷氨酸逆向轉運蛋白，主要參與氨基酸在質膜上的轉運，來保護細胞免受氧化應激的損傷，維持細胞氧化還原平衡，從而阻止細胞因脂質過氧化而導致的細胞死亡 [1-3]。

　　SLC7A11蛋白在多種惡性腫瘤中過表達，已經被證實與膠質瘤、乳腺癌、卵巢癌、肝癌和肺癌等實體惡性腫瘤的生長、預后、轉移和治療密切相關，為惡性腫瘤新的潛在分子標志物和治療靶點[4-5]。然而，目前 SLC7A11 抑制劑的臨床應用受限，急需進一步研究高特異性 SLC7A11 抑制劑用于惡性腫瘤的治療。此外，SLC7A11蛋白在血液系統惡性腫瘤中的臨床意義及機制有待于進一步研究，此類研究可能為相關疾病提供潛在的治療靶點，并為臨床相關分子標志物提供理論基礎及參考。
