Diamyd Medical is pleased to provide recombinant human glutamic acid decarboxylase isoform 65, GAD65, for research purposes.
T-cell GAD 1mg/vial
- Comprises recombinant human GAD65 that is enzymatically active in a detergent buffer. Proposed for use in enzyme assays and biochemical analyses (SDS PAGE, Western Blotting). (NB. The detergent should be removed by dialysis if this preparation is to be used in immunological cellular assays).
T-cell GAD 1mg/vial
- Comprises recombinant human GAD65 in a cell medium buffer without detergent but containing human serum albumin as a stabilizing protein. Proposed for use in immunological cellular assays (and biochemical analyses e.g. SDS PAGE, Western Blotting). The quantity of protein required in these assays will vary depending on sensitivity (1-50μg/ml) and should be defined in each laboratory.
