本二抗產(chǎn)品最顯著的用途是用于間接ELISA方法進(jìn)行非IgM亞型單克隆抗體細(xì)胞株篩選：在單克隆抗體中如果篩選到IgM亞型的抗體非常棘手，本產(chǎn)品將IgM亞型單克隆抗體細(xì)胞株扼殺在搖籃中，基本原理是本二抗不會(huì)針對(duì)IgM亞型產(chǎn)生反應(yīng)，因此篩選的時(shí)候得到的細(xì)胞株全部為非IgM亞型。
