Bacteria protein extraction kit? is designed for the lysis of bacterial cells for the purification of recombinant and wild type proteins. It is compatible with the FLAG, poly-His and GST fusion protein affinity chromatography purification systems, the kit is also compatible with many enzyme or protein assays and compatible with protease inhibitor cocktails.
Applications: The kit provides reagent for extracting bacterial protein from 1-5 liter culture and 10 or 50 extractions.
