This high sensitivity pNPP substrate is suitable for ELISA assays with alkaline phosphatase (ALP). The substrate is supplied in diethanolamine buffer as a ready-to-use solution. It is recommended for both endpoint and kinetic determinations. The substrate produces a soluble yellow product which is measured at 405-410 nm.
