BMP-Luc熒光素酶報(bào)告基因質(zhì)粒（BMP luciferase reporter plasmid）是翌圣生物自主研發(fā)的用于檢測BMP轉(zhuǎn)錄活性水平為目的的報(bào)告基因。
BMP（Bone Morphogenetic Proteins） 能夠誘導(dǎo)動(dòng)物或人體間充質(zhì)細(xì)胞分化為骨、軟骨、韌帶、肌腱和神經(jīng)組織等。
BMP-Luc熒光素酶報(bào)告基因質(zhì)粒主要應(yīng)用于BMP信號(hào)通路的研究、藥物研究以及基因的調(diào)控和功能的研究。
pBMP-Luc是翌圣生物改造后的哺乳動(dòng)物真核表達(dá)載體，在其多克隆位點(diǎn)插入了多個(gè)BMP結(jié)合位點(diǎn)，可以高靈敏度地檢測BMP的激活水平。同時(shí)，對(duì)載體中預(yù)測出的其它轉(zhuǎn)錄因子以外的結(jié)合位點(diǎn)進(jìn)行了適當(dāng)?shù)耐蛔儯黾恿速|(zhì)粒的轉(zhuǎn)錄因子結(jié)合特異性。另外，由于質(zhì)粒體積減小，使得BMP報(bào)告基因質(zhì)粒更易于轉(zhuǎn)染。

pBMP-Luc可以采用常規(guī)轉(zhuǎn)染方法轉(zhuǎn)染哺乳動(dòng)物細(xì)胞。用熒光素酶檢測試劑盒或雙熒光素酶檢測試劑盒進(jìn)行檢測。
