Procedure:
Rabbits were immunized with E-tag peptide
conjugated with KLH. After multiple
immunizations in Freund’s adjuvant, serum was
collected. Antibodies were immunoaffinitypurified
using the peptide immobilized on a solid
phase and conjugated with HRP.
Specification:
Direct ELISA: Antibody specificity was verified
against the peptide conjugated to BSA (E-tag-
BSA).

Format:
Liquid. 0.1 mL of HRP-conjugated polyclonal
antibody at 1.0 mg/mL in 50 mM HEPES pH 7.0,
0.1M sodium chloride with protein stabilizer and
0.01% thimerosal.
Storage:
Store at 4°C.
Applications and Suggested Dilutions:
ELISA: Use at a 1:5,000 – 1:15,000 dilution.
Western blot: Use at a 1:1,000 – 1:3,000
dilution.
The optimal dilution for a specific application
should be determined by the researcher.
