bovine and rabbit. Negative with rat, mouse,
chicken and Xenopus tissue.

Immunogen: Cytoskeleton preparation of
HeLa cells.
Format: Product: 100 μg at 1mg/ml in
PBS containing 15 mM sodium azide, pH7.4.
Storage and Stability: Store undiluted
antibody at 2-8oC for short term storage. For
long term storage, store aliquots at –20oC.
Applications and Suggested Dilutions:

Immunohistochemistry –Cultured cells:
Strongly reacts with epithelial cells. Frozen
sections: Strongly reacts with all simple
epithelia. Paraffin-embedded tissues: Reacts
weakly on methacarn or modified formalinfixed
material. Formalin fixative is not
advised. A protease pretreatment of the
deparaffinized sections is advised.

Western blot
The optimal dilution for a specific application
should be determined by the researcher.
