PLUS 試劑可與轉染試劑結合使用，如Lipofectamine，以提升在貼壁細胞系中的轉染效率。
一些客戶發現，使用Plus 試劑時，只需對DNA濃度進行較少的優化，即可獲得上佳的轉染效果。
與單獨使用脂質相比，加入Plus 試劑還可以將DNA和脂質的用量減少近一半。PLUS 試劑經過特別設計，
可拓展可轉染細胞的種類 (1)。PLUS 試劑與Lipofectamine 試劑配合使用時可提高BHK-21、NIH 3T3及
其它細胞系 (2) 的轉染效果。
