- This antibody reacts with human protein. There is 83% homology of the immunogen with the mouse and rat NSP5a3a proteins. This is specific to NSP5a3a. This antibody is useful for Western blot analysis, where a band is seen ~80 KDa. A second band may be seen ~60 KDa. The specificity of this band is not known. No other applications have been tested. Optimal working dilutions should be determined by the investigator.
