Specificity
ab51564 is directed against the CD45RO antigen (restricted T200, gp180), a component of the Leukocyte Common Antigen (LCA) complex, which is expressed on human T lymphocytes (40% of CD4 and 20% of CD8 positive T lymphocytes), most thymocytes and the majority of T cell malignancies. ab51564 also reacts weak with most human granulocytes and monocytes, and reacts hardly with B lymphocytes, NK cells or thrombocytes.
