Procedure:
Rabbits were immunized with GAPVPYPDPLEPR
(E-tag) conjugated with KLH. After multiple
immunizations in Freund’s adjuvant, serum was
collected. Antibodies were immunoaffinity-purified
using the peptide immobilized on a solid phase.
The antibodies were then conjugated with
Fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC).

Specification:
Prior to conjugation, the antibodies were
analyzed by ELISA and Western blot. Molar F/P
ratio = 3.3.
Format:
Liquid. 100 μL of 1.0 mg/mL FITC-labeled
polyclonal antibody in PBS, pH 7.2 with protein
stabilizer and 0.1% sodium azide.
Storage:
Store at 4°C.
Applications and Suggested Dilutions:
ELISA: Start at a 1:500 dilution.
Western blot: Start at a 1:2,000 dilution.
The optimal dilution for a specific application
should be determined by the researcher.
