antibody at 2-8oC. For a long-term storage,
aliquot and store at -20oC.
Applications and Suggested Dilutions:
Immunohistochemistry –Frozen sections at
1:40 dilution, paraffin-embedded tissue
sections at 1:10 dilution.
Western blot
Two dimensional gel electrophoresis followed
by immunoblotting.
The optimal dilution for a specific application
should be determined by the researcher.
