- Western blot analysis of PXN polyclonal antibody (Cat # PAB4491) in Y-79 cell line lysates (35 ug/lane). PXN (arrow) was detected using the purified PXN polyclonal antibody (Cat # PAB4491) (1 : 60 dilution).
- Western Blot (Transfected lysate)
- Western blot analysis of PXN (arrow) using rabbit PXN polyclonal antibody (Cat # PAB4491). 293 cell lysates (2 ug/lane) either nontransfected (Lane 1) or transiently transfected with the PXN gene (Lane 2) (Origene Technologies).
- Immunohistochemistry (Formalin/PFA-fixed paraffin-embedded sections)
- Formalin-fixed and paraffin-embedded human lung carcinoma tissue reacted with PXN polyclonal antibody (Cat # PAB4491) , which was peroxidase-conjugated to the secondary antibody, followed by DAB staining . This data demonstrates the use of this antibody for immunohistochemistry; clinical relevance has not been evaluated .
