Background:
EIA gene encodes potent oncoproteins that
modify the normal transcriptional growth
regulation of key cellular genes and thus alter
cell cycle control
Positive control:
Human embryonic kidney 293 cells that have
been transformed with adenovirus genes E1A
and E1B which are required for adenovirus
propagation.
Species Reactivity:
Rat. Others not tested.

Immunogen:
The immunogen for the anti-EIA was a GSTEIA
fusion protein encoding a 43kDa protein.
Format:
100 μg purified antibody in PBS with 0.08%
sodium azide. Sterile filtered with a 0.2 μM filter.
Storage and Stability:
Store at -20°C. Aliquot to avoid freeze/thaw
cycles.
Applications and Suggested Dilutions:
Western blot: Suggested dilution 1-10 μg/mL
The optimal dilution for a specific application
should be determined by the researcher.
