Anti-Chicken IgY VHH-sdAb Sepharose (ab193982) beads were used to pull down Anti-Chicken IgY Isotype Control (ab37382), these were compared to existing Goat Anti-Chicken IgY Agarose beads. Blocked beads were used as a negative control. The gel was stained with Optiblot Blue (ab119211).
