CMRF35-like molecule 2, also known as CD300 antigen-like family member E, Immune receptor expressed on myeloid cells 2, Polymeric immunoglobulin receptor 2, CD300E,LMIR6 and IREM-2, is a single-pass type I membrane protein that belongs to the CD300 family. CD300E has a single extracellular V-type Ig-like domain and presents on the surface of mature hematopoietic cells of the monocyte and myeloid lineages. CD300E acts as an activating receptor of the immunoglobulin (Ig) superfamily. It also mediates activating signals by interacting with DAP12.

            Novoprotein Recombinant Human CD300E/PIgR-2 produced by mammalian cells expression system.Target protein is expressed with sequence (Leu18-Leu169) of Human cd300e (Uniprot #Q496F6) fused with a polyhistidine tag at the C-terminus.

·Formulation

            ? Novoprotein Recombinant Human CD300E was lyophilized at 1mg/ml in 20mM PBS.
            
·Reconstitution

            We recommend a quick spin followed by reconstitution of Novoprotein Recombinant Human CD300E in sterile 18MΩ-cm H2O not less than 100μg/ml, which can then be further diluted to working solutions.
            
·Storage 

            Lyophilized Recombinant Human CD300E although stable at room temperature for 3 weeks, should be stored desiccated below -18°C. Upon reconstitution Recombinant Human CD300E should be stored at 4°C between 2-7 days and aliquots of reconstituted samples are stable up to 3 months below -18°C for future use.
