SOURCE? 5RPC ST 4.6/150 stainless steel columns are designed for use with ?KTA?design, Ettan? LC platform, and other high-performance liquid chromatography systems.

The matrix is based on 5-μm, monosized, rigid polystyrene/divinyl benzene beads and gives excellent resolution across the entire pH range. The high resolution possible at high pH gives SOURCE? 5RPC a distinct advantage over silica-based RPC matrices, making this column an excellent tool for both peptide mapping studies and analysis of peptides and protein fragments that require high pH conditions.
