Interleukin-17F (IL-17F) stimulates the production of other cytokines such as IL-6, IL-8 and granulocyte colony-stimulating facotr, and can regulate cartilage matrix turnover. Recombinant Human IL-17F is a non-glycosylated protein consisting of two 134 amino acid polypeptide chains linked by disulfide bridges with a MW of 30 kDa.
