Mouse IgG2a ELISpotBASIC enables enumeration of B cells secreting total IgG2a as well as antigen-specific IgG2a. The IgG2a allele is expressed in e.g., Balb/c mice. The kit contains a matched pair of monoclonal capture and detection antibodies, Streptavidin-ALP and polyclonal activators.
