Uteroglobin(子宮珠蛋白)是乳腺珠蛋白(Secretoglobin)超家族的成員之一，也被稱為Clara細胞磷脂結合蛋白。Uteroglobin是一種多功能蛋白質，可以通過結合小的疏水性分子，如磷脂和前列腺素，來發揮抗炎和抗腫瘤作用。這種小的，非糖基化的蛋白質因其在著床前胚胎中的高水平表達而得名。其由主要存在于肺呼吸道上皮表面，以及其他無纖毛上皮細胞中的無纖毛，無粘液Clara細胞產生和分泌，在著床前胚胎中發揮刺激生長作用 。Secretoglobin超家族成員具有高度保守的結構，均為小的分泌型同源或異源二聚體。除了去除促炎癥介質和致癌物質，Uteroglobin還參與抑制細胞的遷移和侵襲、血小板聚集和T細胞的分化等。重組人Uteroglobin是分子量為80.5 kDa的同源二聚體，含142個氨基酸殘基。
