產(chǎn)品描述
ARE熒光素酶報(bào)告基因(報(bào)告基因質(zhì)粒)(ARE luciferase reporter plasimd)是翊圣生物自主研發(fā)的用于檢測(cè)ARE轉(zhuǎn)錄活性水平為目的的報(bào)告基因。ARE(antioxidant response element)?與Nrf2和NRF1轉(zhuǎn)錄因子結(jié)合,調(diào)節(jié)參與保護(hù)細(xì)胞免受氧化損傷的相關(guān)基因。
ARE報(bào)告基因主要應(yīng)用于檢測(cè)細(xì)胞的抗氧化水平或氧化應(yīng)激狀態(tài)、藥物研究以及基因過(guò)表達(dá)和RNAi的表型分析等。
pGMARE-Lu是翊圣生物改造后的哺乳動(dòng)物真核表達(dá)載體,在其多克隆位點(diǎn)插入了多個(gè)ARE結(jié)合位點(diǎn),可以高靈敏度地檢測(cè)ARE的激活水平。同時(shí),對(duì)載體中預(yù)測(cè)出的其它轉(zhuǎn)錄因子以外的結(jié)合位點(diǎn)進(jìn)行了適當(dāng)?shù)耐蛔儯黾恿速|(zhì)粒的轉(zhuǎn)錄因子結(jié)合特異性。由于質(zhì)粒體積減小,使得ARE報(bào)告基因更易于轉(zhuǎn)染。

使用說(shuō)明
pGMARE-Lu可以采用常規(guī)轉(zhuǎn)染方法轉(zhuǎn)染哺乳動(dòng)物細(xì)胞。用熒光素酶檢測(cè)試劑盒或雙熒光素酶檢測(cè)試劑盒進(jìn)行檢測(cè)。
