BSA標準品是一種高質量的校準品，在總蛋白測定實驗中廣泛用來建立標準曲線和校準控制。BSA被普遍作為總蛋白定量的校準蛋白，此標準品可用作BCA、Bradford或其他蛋白測定實驗中的蛋白濃度校準標準液，標準曲線的建立和校準對照用。此標準品的濃度為2 mg/mL。
此標準品為溶于0.9%生理鹽水和0.05%疊氮鈉的BSA溶液。
干冰運輸。-20ºC保存，有效期1年。
Q：蛋白標準品BSA 用什么稀釋？
A：標準品稀釋液為蛋白樣品的溶解液，原則上蛋白樣品在什么溶液中，標準品也宜用什么溶液稀釋。但也可用 0.9%的 NaCl 或 1×PBS 進行稀釋。
Q：試劑盒中的BSA 標準品可以另外購買嗎？
