概述 重組蛋白(Recombinant protein) 是通過應用重組DNA或重組RNA技術獲取的蛋白質，有體內和體外兩種獲取途徑。兩種方法均是通過基因重組技術獲得連接有可以翻譯成目的蛋白的基因片段的重組載體，之后將其轉入可以表達目的蛋白的宿主細胞從而表達特定的重組蛋白分子。目前，重組蛋白已被廣泛應用于蛋白結構研究、免疫檢測試劑、重組蛋白藥物、診斷試劑開發、抗體藥物靶點、CAR-T細胞治療靶點、Fc受體、流感病毒蛋白和細胞因子等大多數熱門研究領域。
